What helps me is to keep the hard times in the front of my mind
저에게 도움이 됐던 건 바로 힘들었던 시간을 항상 가슴속 최우선에 두는 거였어요
because it allows me to go into these big moments that I’ve worked my ass off,
그렇게 하면 제가 더럽게 열심히 노력했던 순간들이 떠오르고
and you guys have worked your ass off,

Four o’clock in the morning, I wake up,

4:30 - 4:45, I’m doing some sort of cardio,
4시 반부터 45분까지 유산소를 조금 해주고
open these garage doors,

I do this and then I’ll have breakfast,
이걸 좀 탄 다음에 아침을 먹습니다
and then I will go do all my strength and conditioning training at a gym
그런 다음에 헬스장으로 가서 근력운동과 컨디셔닝 트레이닝을
for about an hour and then I’ll go to set.
대략 한 시간 정도 하고 나서 세트장으로 향하죠
We all average probably about 5 hours of sleep.
저희는 모두 대략 평균 다섯 시간 정도 잡니다
It’s 4:45 a.m. it’s still dark outside. Look at that.

By the way, in my 30’s, I’m still trying to find myself
그런데 30대가 되어서도 전 여전히 제 자신을 찾고 있었고
and a lot of guys are out there

And hopefully when you hit your 40’s,
다행히도 40대에 접어드니
